CREATE A MEMORY FOUNDATION

We are excited to say that on August 27, 2012, Create a Memory in conjunction with the Brewer’s Community Foundation successfully hosted its first event on the field of the Milwaukee Brewers, Miller Park. Now the children of the Milwaukee community when asked what they did over the summer will also be able to say “I Played Ball at Miller Park”. Including this year’s event, Create A Memory has held 27 events on the fields of the Minnesota Twins including the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome, Williams Arena, and Target Field, and is now thrilled to have had the event held at Miller Park, the home of the Milwaukee Brewers. Create A Memory helped to spread the future leadership and positive qualities baseball represents to the youth of Milwaukee.

Approximately 175 children participated in the Miller Park event as well as 150 wonderful volunteers from Kohls, Norwestern Mutual Companies, Northwestern Mutual Foundation, and United Food and Commercial Workers Local #1473.
